A new Illinois law, which went into effect on Jan.1, requires employers to notify and obtain consent from job applicants for using AI to grade video interviews  —  A first-of-its-kind law might give employment candidates more insight into the algorithms that analyze their interviews, but they shouldn't expect much to change.
